The Table de concertation étudiante du Québec (Quebec Student Roundtable) was a federation of Quebec students' unions formed in 2009. As of April 23, 2012, it comprised 60,000 students grouped into four member unions: The SSMU, CADEUL, AELIÉS and REMDUS. The TaCEQ attempted to operate as minimally as possible, without charging membership fees from individual students. The financial mismanagement and lack of consensus across the membership meant that little was accomplished by TaCEQ during it's time. SSMU left the TaCEQ in 2014, shortly before it dissolved.
